盐度对有机肥施用下叶菜生长及生理功能的影响研究

摘要盐度是限制作物产量的最重要的环境因子之一,因为大多数作物对高浓度盐及其敏感,土壤盐渍化面积日益增加。环境条件的恶化在许多地区源于全球气候变化,导致土壤干旱和含盐量过高,以致农作物受盐胁迫的影响使生产量降低。而过量重金属可引起植物生理功能紊乱、营养失调,镉、汞等元素在作物籽实中富集系数较高,即使超过食品卫生标准,也不影响作物生长、发育和产量,此外汞、砷能减弱和抑制土壤中硝化、氨化细菌活动,影响氮素供应。土壤盐渍化和重金属污染严重影响了蔬菜的生长发育、产量和品质。如何提高蔬菜对重金属的低富集性和耐盐性,已成为蔬菜栽培和育种研究的热点问题。本试验采用重金属Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn平均含量分别为0.10mg/kg、74.17mg/kg、30.06mg/kg、62.75mg/kg的蔬菜地土,在外源NaCl处理下进行盆栽试验,研究空心菜和上海青对重金属及主要渗透调节物质吸收和累积的差异,实验表明:1.不同品种的植物在盐胁迫下的生长差异较明显2.空心菜只适合在低浓度盐胁迫环境下生长,上海青的盐胁迫耐受性要优于空心菜,可以在高浓度的盐胁迫环境下生长。为蔬菜耐盐品种的筛选和栽培提供一定的科学依据。本文是通过测定在一定盐度影响下菜叶的营养元素、可溶性蛋白等指标研究盐度对有机肥施用下叶菜生长及生理功能的影响。71048

How to improve the low concentration and salt tolerance of heavy metals in vegetables has become a hot issue in the research of vegetable cultivation and breeding。This experiment used heavy metal Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn。The average contents were 0.10mg/kg, 74.17mg/kg, 30.06mg/kg, 62.75mg/kg of vegetable soil。Pot experiment under NaCl treatment with exogenous, research spinach and Shanghai green on heavy metals and the main osmotic regulation substances absorption and accumulation difference。Experiment shows:1.Under salt stress, the growth differences of different varieties of plants were obvious.2.Water spinach is only suitable for growth in the low concentration of salt stress environment, Shanghai Green salt stress tolerance is superior to that of spinach, can be grown in the high concentration of salt stress environment.Provide a scientific basis for the selection and cultivation of salt tolerant varieties of vegetables.This paper is by measuring in under the influence of salinity leaves the total heavy metal content, soluble protein and other indicators of salinity organic fertilizer application on leaf growth and physiological function of the impact.
