中华米虾对高锰酸钾耐受性的研究

摘要水产养殖在中国非常普遍,水产养殖常用的消毒剂就有高锰酸钾(Potassium permanganate),其溶液具有较强的消毒,杀菌和防腐的作用。既能消毒杀菌又能促进植物生长。因此,高锰酸钾是一种肥药兼用的杀菌剂。71689

据了解,该药品各地药店均有销售,且价格便宜,采购也比较方便。因此,高锰酸钾在我们的生活中较为常见。然而,高锰酸钾使用不当也会给很多水产动物造成危害。

本文以中华新米虾(Neocaridina denticulata sinensis)为研究对象,主要探究高锰酸溶液对中华新米虾的毒性作用。主要实验方法是将中华新米虾成虾放置在浓度为3mg/L-12mg/L的1L高锰酸钾溶液中。设置两个平行组,每个浓度每组里面放置6只中华新米虾。实验期间配置好溶液并将中华新米虾放入容器后,将实验室窗帘拉上。尽量避免光照对高锰酸钾的影响。分别记录24h、48h、72h以及96h后,不同浓度高锰酸钾溶液对虾的致死个数,从而计算出不同时间的致死率。然后通过excel工具得到一元方程式。计算出24h、48h、72h、96h的半致死浓度分别为8.24mg/L、6.76mg/L、5.94mg/L和5.32mg/L。

结果表明:高锰酸钾溶液浓度高于5.32mg/L时会严重影响中华新米虾的健康。

In this paper, the Neocaridina denticulata sinensis (Neocaridina denticulata sinensis) for the study, to explore a high manganese toxicity acid solution for the Neocaridina denticulata sinensis. The main experimental method is to place the Neocaridina denticulata sinensis into shrimp at a concentration of 3mg / L-12mg / L of potassium permanganate solution 1L.
