庐山不同林地土壤微生物量空间分布特征及其影响因素

摘要土壤微生物量是陆地生态系统中碳循环的重要组成部分,在森林生态系统物质循环、能量流动以及对有毒有害物质的降解等方面占有非常重要的地位。为了研究庐山不同林地土壤微生物量的空间分布特征及其影响因素,选择庐山8种典型森林植被类型的样地,分层(0~20cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm)采集土壤样品,用氯仿熏蒸法浸取(FE)来测定土壤微生物量,并对其土壤微生物量碳氮磷的空间分布状况进行系统研究,研究的结果表明:(1)8种典型森林植被类型下土壤微生物量碳、氮、磷的平均含量均呈现出随土壤深度的增加而减小的趋势,并且0~20cm与20~40cm的MBC、MBN、MBP相比下降明显,20~40cm与40~60cm的MBC、MBN、MBP差异不明显。常绿阔叶林下土壤微生物量碳、氮、磷的平均含量最大,灌丛最小。(2)土壤有机质含量、含水率和pH值是影响土壤微生物量的主要因素。土壤微生物量与土壤有机质含量、含水率呈极显著正相关;与pH值呈显著正相关。71861

Research on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Soil Microbial Biomass of Different Forest Land in Mount Lu

Abstract Soil microbial biomass is an important part of the carbon cycle in terrestrial ecosystem, the forest ecological system of material circulation, energy flow and on the degradation of toxic and harmful substances occupies very important position。 In order to study the spatial distribution characteristic of lushan different woodland soil microbial quantity and its influencing factors, lushan 8 kinds of typical forest vegetation types of sample area, layered (0 ~ 20 cm;20 ~ 40 cm;40 ~ 60 cm) to collect soil samples, the chloroform fumigation leaching (FE) to determine the soil microorganism quantity, and the microbial biomass carbon to systematically study the spatial distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus, the study results show that:(1) the 8 kinds of typical forest vegetation type, soil microbial biomass carbon, the average contents of nitrogen and phosphorus are showing a trend decreases with the increase of soil depth, and 0 ~ 20 cm and 20 ~ 40 cm soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, drop compared to 20 ~ 40 cm of 40 ~ 60 cm of soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus difference is not obvious。 Evergreen broad-leaved forest soil microbial quantity under the average contents of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, biggest brush is minimal。 (2) soil organic matter content, moisture content and pH value are the main factors affecting soil microbial biomass。 Through SPSS software analysis, soil microbial biomass and soil organic matter content, moisture content is very significant positive correlation; And the pH value was significantly positively related。
