庐山不同森林植被类型下土壤酶活性空间分布格局

摘要土壤酶活性是评价土壤质量最重要的指标之一,研究森林土壤酶活性的空间分布格局对土壤质量改善以及森林生态环境保护具有重要意义。本文以庐山典型森林土壤为研究对象,通过分析比较8种森林植被类型不同土层的5种土壤酶活性空间分布格局。结果表明:(1)纤维素酶在灌丛下活性最低,在玉山竹林下最高;脲酶在针阔混交林下活性最低,在灌丛下最高;过氧化氢酶在黄山松林下活性最低,在常绿阔叶林下最高;多酚氧化酶在针阔混交林下活性最低,在常绿阔叶林下最高;磷酸酶在黄山松林下活性最低,在玉山竹林下最高。(2)土壤酶活性在0-20cm层最高,40-60cm层最低;随着林下土层的加深,土壤酶活性下降。(3)土壤酶活性主要与容重、全氮、粘粒含量、pH值、有效磷、碱解氮、全磷、有机质、速效钾有不同程度的相关性,且不同酶对不同的影响因子相关程度不同。72926 该论文有图6幅,表2个,参考文献17篇。 毕业论文关键词:森林植被类型 土壤酶活性 空间分布 庐山 Research on Space Distribution Pattern of Soil Enzyme Activity under Different Forest Vegetation Types in Lushan Abstract Soil enzyme activity is one of the basic indexes for evaluating the soil biological activity。The research in space distribution pattern of soil enzyme activity is of great significance to improve soil quality and forest ecological environment protection。 This paper collects samples of different soil layers from 8 vegetation types, through analysis and comparison of active size among 5 kinds of soil enzyme,thus calculates space distribution pattern of different soil enzyme activity。 The results show that: (1) cellulose has the largest active size under the。 vegetation type of Mt。 Jade bamboo, the smallest under bushwood; urease has the largest active size under the vegetation type of bushwood, the smallest under theropencedrymion; catalase has the largest active size under the vegetation type of Evergreen broad-leaved forest, the smallest under Huangshan pine; polyphenol oxidase has the largest active size under the vegetation type of Evergreen broad-leaved forest ,the smallest under theropencedrymion; phosphatase has the largest active size under the vegetation type of Mt。 Jade bamboo, the smallest under Huangshan pine。 (2) the soil enzyme activity in 0 -20 cm layer is the highest, the lowest in 40 - 60 cm layer; As the forests soil deepen, soil enzyme activity falling。 (3)soil enzyme activity has different significant correlations with Bulk density, total nitrogen, clay content, pH value, available phosphorus, available nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter and available potassium。Different soil enzyme has different level of correlation with influence factors。 Key Words: forest vegetation type soil enzyme activity special distribution Lushan 目 录 摘要 I Abstract II 目 录 III 图清单 IV 表清单 IV 1 绪论 1 1。1目的意义 1 1。2 国内外研究进展 1 1。3研究思路 2 2研究区概况 2 3样地设置与测定方法 3 3。1土样采集 3 3。2 测定方法 4 4 结果与分析 5 4。1不同森林植被类型下土壤酶活性分布格局 (责任编辑:qin) |
