摘  要叶绿体是植物进行光合作用的场所，具备遗传特性，叶绿体内的DNA是可以进行自我复制的双链闭合环状DNA双链。菘蓝由于其在临床上卓越的功效以及对人较低的毒性，受到的关注越来越多，市场需求量也明显上升。然而目前对菘蓝的叶绿体DNA层面的分析鉴定还是较为缺乏。对菘蓝叶绿体基因组进行研究的前提就是解决如何获得叶绿体全基因组序列。本文通过杨俊波的方法提取菘蓝叶绿体基因组，再二代测序对菘蓝的叶绿体基因组序列进行测序，进行注释后对测序结果进行组装分析。最终的实验结果是得到菘蓝叶绿体基因组环形图和基因的注释列表。88461

Abstract Chloroplast is a genetic organelles in plant where take place of photosynthesis。 The chloroplast genes are closed circular double chains which can replicate by it selves。 Chloroplast genome sequences is the precondition of chloroplast genome research。 By the second generation sequencing of woad sequence of chloroplast genome sequencing, annotate the sequencing results after assembly analysis。 The research of woad a medical plant has been more and more popular because of its high efficiency and low toxicity。 The quantity of market is rising year by year。 However, the research of analysis of the woad chloroplast DNA is relatively lacking。 The chloroplast genome of woad sequence acquisition is the precondition of chloroplast genome research。 This paper, we used the method proposed by Yang et al to extract the woad chloroplast genome。 Through second generation sequencing of woad sequence of chloroplast genome sequencing, annotate the sequencing results after assembly analysis。 Finally we get circular diagram woad chloroplast genome and gene comments list。源Y于Y优E尔Y论L文W网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018.766
