摘 要:随着我国经济的不断发展，越来越多的中小民营企业应运而生，占到了我国企业总数的九成以上，如此众多的中小民营企业为我国创造了巨大的财富，创造了非常多的就业机会，为我国经济增长发挥了非常重要的作用。但随着社会经济形势的不断变化，中小民营企业生存的空间越来越小，受到来自格局方面的压力，其中，融资瓶颈是阻碍中小民营企业发展的主要原因。为此，本文从中小民营企业融资的现状出发，从企业、金融机构、政府三方面来分析我国中小民营企业融资的的现状及导致融资瓶颈的原因分析，最后针对中小民营企业的融资瓶颈制定有效可行的对策。88988
