摘    要随着人们对金线莲保健功能的认识，越来越多的人开始注重对金线莲的培养与食用。金线莲的市场也越来越大，但是由于金线莲生长周期较长且种植要求较高，导致金线莲的培养成本也比较高，因此通过组织培养来寻找一条适合金线莲快速繁殖的方法。本研究探讨了不同培养条件对金线莲存活率的影响，不同种类、不同浓度的植物激素和培养条件对金线莲的继代增殖、生根率以及存活率的影响，探索了金线莲组培苗的最佳移栽练苗方法。90343

金线莲 ( AnoectochilusFormosanusHayata)别名金线兰、金丝线、金耳环、乌人参、金线虎头蕉、金线入骨消、金钱草、金线石松、金石蚕、少年红、小叶金耳环、麻叶菜。别名繁多，均与金相关，在闽北山区还有称之为“金不换”等，由此可见它的珍贵。来自优Y尔L论W文Q网wWw.YouERw.com 加QQ7520~18766
