草莓茎尖脱毒培养,以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch)匍匐茎顶芽茎尖为外植体进行草莓茎尖脱毒培养研究,包括不同BA浓度对草莓外植体芽增殖的影响以及IBA对草莓外植体诱导生根的影响

摘    要  本实验以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch)匍匐茎顶芽茎尖为外植体进行草莓茎尖脱毒培养研究,包括不同BA浓度对草莓外植体芽增殖的影响以及IBA对草莓外植体诱导生根的影响。对外植体生长发育情况定期进行观察记录,比较其生长状况。实验结果表明,当BA浓度分别为0。25 mg/L,0。5 mg/L,1。0 mg/L时的MS培养基,对外植体平均株高没有多大影响;当BA浓度为0。25 mg/L时,对于外植体芽数没有优势但芽势十分健壮;而BA浓度为1。0 mg/L时,对株高没有优势但芽诱导频率增加。综合来看,当BA的浓度为0。5 mg/L时,对草莓外植体芽增殖更有优势;在研究IBA对外植体诱导生根影响时,加IBA比不加者对外植体生根更为有利,更易成活。85380

This experiment was to use the Fragaria ananassa Duch stolons crown to reseach the virus-free culture of Fragaria ananassa Duch’s stem tip, including the influence of different concentration of BA Fragaria ananassa Duch explant bud proliferation, as well as the effects of different IBA concentration on Rooting of Fragaria ananassa Duch。  The growth status was compared by recording the  growth and development situation of explant。 Experimental results show that when the concentration of BA was 0。25 mg/L, 0。5 mg/L, 1。0 mg/L of culture medium respectively, on the bud proliferation, there was no effect on seedling high; but the concentration of BA was 0。25mg/L, it isn’t suitable for the proliferation of the average number of bud but the bud grows very strong and healthy; when the concentration of BA was 1。0 mg/L, it hadn’t the seedling height advantage but it is suitable for the proliferation of the average number of bud; Taken together, when the concentration of BA was 0。5mg/l, it was appropriate for the average number of bud; When Studying on the effects of different IBA concentration on Rooting of Fragaria ananassa Duch, we found add IBA to Fragaria ananassa Duch was most favorable for rooting 。
