摘要:本试验旨在研究日粮添加乳酸链球菌素(nisin)对两种不同氮源条件下湖羊生长性能及养分消化率的影响。试验采用2×2因子设计,两因子分别为氮源(豆粕、DDGS)和nisin (0、30.5 mg/kg),配置四种等氮日粮。选取32只23 kg左右的断奶公湖羊,按照随机区组设计原则,根据体重分为4个处理,分别饲喂相应日粮,每个处理8只羊,单栏饲喂,自由饮水。试验期共10周,1周适应期,9周正式试验期。结果显示:饲喂不同氮源日粮对湖羊总的DMI、ADG和G:F均无显著影响(P > 0.05),但生产性能随饲喂时间发生变化。试验期第4周饲喂DDGS处理组湖羊体重较饲喂豆粕处理组有降低的趋势(P = 0.07);而最终体重差异不显著(P > 0.05)。养分表观消化率方面, 饲喂DDGS氮源组与豆粕氮源组相比,OM、DM和CP消化率显著降低,而ADF、EE消化率等显著升高(P < 0.05);Nisin对湖羊生产性能及养分消化率均无显著影响(P > 0.05)。结果表明:用DDGS替代豆粕作为日粮氮源可降低生产成本,但不影响湖羊生产性能,而添加nisin对湖羊生产性能及养分消化率无影响。25775

Effects of Nitrogen Source and Nisin on Growth Performance and Nutrient Digestibility of Hu Sheep
Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of N source and nisin on the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of Hu sheep. Two N sources, soybean meal (SBM) and distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS), and two levels of nisin, 0 and 30.5 mg of nisin/kg of diet, were used to formulate four isonitrogenous diets. Thirty-two male Hu lambs (23kg initial BW) were assigned to four dietary treatments in a randomized block design with a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement, with each dietary treatment having 8 lambs. Feeding trials were conducted for a period of 10 wks, consisting of 1 wk for adaptation followed by 9 wks of treatment. Results showed that the overall DMI, ADG and G:F were not influenced by N source (P > 0.05), but the growth performance of lambs fed with different N sources diet responded differently with time. In week 4, the DDGS-fed lambs had a trend to decrease BW relative to those fed SBM (P = 0.07), while the final BW did not differ between DDGS and SBM (P > 0.10). Compared with the SBM-fed lambs, DDGS-consuming lambs had lower DM, OM, and CP but higher ADF and EE digestibility (P < 0.05). Nisin supplementation did not affect growth performance and nutrient digestibility (P > 0.05). It was concluded that replacing soybean meal with DDGS as dietary nitrogen could reduce the production cost but not affect the performance of Hu sheep, and the addition of nisin had no effect on the performance and nutrient digestibility of Hu sheep.
