摘 要:纤维板制作过程中添加的化学胶黏剂因释放游离甲醛给环境带来了严重的危害。随着人们环保意识的不断增强,研制和开发新的绿色环保型胶黏剂成为目前研究热点。本论文主要研究纤维素酶对秸秆预处理的工艺,以期为绿色环保型纤维板研制提供依据。首先对纤维素酶预处理工艺的单因子进行优化,优化条件为:温度30℃,酶量0。75U/g,时间5h,固液比1:6;进一步进行了SAS响应面优化,优化结果为:温度30℃,酶量1U/g、时间4h、固液比1:6,在该条件下,研制的纤维板弯曲强度达到5。03MPa,与未优化相比提高了1。57倍。本论文的研究结果可为无胶纤维板的研制提供理论及技术依据。93570

Abstract: The chemical adhesive added in the process of fiber board production has brought serious harm to the environment due to the release of free formaldehyde。 With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the research and development of new environmentally friendly adhesives has become a hot research topic。 In this paper, the technology of pretreatment of straw by cellulase was studied, in order to provide the basis for the development of green fiber board。First of all, we optimizate the single factor of cellulose enzyme pretreatment technology , and the optimization condition is: temperature 30 ℃, enzyme amount 0。75 U/g, time is 5 h, solid-liquid ratio 1:6;Further in the SAS, the optimization results as follows: temperature 30℃, enzyme amount 1U/g, time is 4 h , solid-liquid ratio 1:6。 In this condition, the development of the fiberboard bending strength is 5。03 MPa。It increaseded 1。57times compared with not optimized。The results of this paper can provide theory and technical basis for the development of the fiberboard without glue。源C于H优J尔W论R文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752-018766
