摘 要:以“吉祥1号”玉米为材料,采用水培方法,测定了不同浓度的SA对镉胁迫下玉米幼苗生长状况以及对叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶(POD)含量、过氧化产物(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子产生速率的影响,综合分析了玉米苗期的抗氧化能力,以期为建立新的抗渍涝调控方法奠定基础。结果表明,与对照组(CK)比较,镉(Cd)胁迫抑制了玉米幼苗的生长,降低了玉米幼苗的根系活力和叶绿素含量,而丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)含量、超氧阴离子产生速率增加。外施SA可以缓解镉胁迫对玉米幼苗的伤害,从而来文持细胞膜的稳定性,降低细胞膜脂的过氧化伤害程度,从而缓解了镉胁迫对玉米幼苗的伤害和生长的抑制。31653

Mitigative Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Corn Seedlings Growth, Photosynthesis and Active Oxygen Metabolism under Cd Stress
Abstract: Using corn "Lucky 1" as the materials, hydroponic method, measured at different concentrations of cadmium stress SA maize seedlings under growth conditions and the chlorophyll content, root activity, peroxidase (POD) content, peroxide product (MDA) content, superoxide anion rate impact, a comprehensive analysis of the antioxidant capacity of corn seedling in order to lay the foundation for the establishment of a new anti-waterlogging regulation methods. The results show that compared with the control group (CK) compared with cadmium (Cd) stress inhibited the growth of maize seedlings, reducing root activity and chlorophyll content of maize seedlings, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, peroxidase (POD) content, superoxide anion generation rate increases. Exogenous SA cadmium can relieve stress on corn seedling injury, thereby to maintain the stability of the cell membrane, reduce membrane lipid peroxidation injury, thus alleviating Cd stress on corn seedling injury and growth inhibition.

引言
