摘要:采用水培实验方法,研究了铈对紫外辐射胁迫下油菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:紫外辐射胁迫会导致油菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素总量降低,并且叶绿素a的下降幅度大于叶绿素b。适宜浓度的氯化铈(本实验条件下最适浓度为20 mg/L)有提高油菜幼苗叶绿素总量和叶绿素a/叶绿素b值的作用,较高浓度的铈则抑制油菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素的合成,并且对叶绿素a的影响大于叶绿素b。这说明合适浓度的铈溶液能缓解紫外辐射胁迫对油菜幼苗光合器官结构的破坏,增强油菜幼苗的抵抗能力。43016

Effects of Cerium on Chlorophyll Content of Rape Seedlings
under UV Radiation Stress
Abstract: Adopting hydroponic experimental methods to study the effects of cerium on chlorophyll content of rape seedling leaves under ultraviolet radiation stress. The results showed that total chlorophyll of rape seedling leaves was reduced under ultraviolet radiation stress and falling range of chlorophyll a was greater than chlorophyll b. Suitable concentration of cerium chloride (optimal concentration of cerium chloride was 20 mg/L in this experimental conditions) could improve total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a / chlorophyll b value of rape seedling, while higher concentration of cerium chloride could inhibit synthesis of chlorophyll of rape seedlings leaves and had greater effect on chlorophyll a than chlorophyll b. All above showed that suitable concentration of cerium solution could alleviate UV radiation damage to the structure of rape seedling photosynthetic organs and enhance resistance of rape seedling.
