摘要:研究铅(Pb)胁迫对菖蒲叶片生理生化指标的影响。以菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus L.)为材料,采用水培方法, 对不同Pb 浓度(0、10、25、50、100、200、500mg/L)和处理时间(7、14、21、28 d)胁迫下对植物叶片中叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及丙二醛(MDA)的变化进行了研究。结果表明:在高浓度含pb废水胁迫下,随Pb处理浓度的增加菖蒲植物叶绿素含量逐渐降低,而随时间的推移,在相同Pb浓度处理下,叶绿素的含量逐渐降低。在超过200 mg/L浓度的Pb胁迫下,菖蒲叶片的MDA水平显著高于对照;SOD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量在Pb 胁迫下均有不同程度的升高。CAT在Pb 胁迫的情况下出现相对较大幅度的上涨,可能是菖蒲提高诱导胁迫抗性的主要调节物质之一。初步揭示了不同浓度Pb胁迫,对菖蒲生理生化代谢的影响,为进一步探讨Pb 胁迫下菖蒲生理生化指标与Pb 耐性能力的相关关系奠定了基础。38623

Effects of Lead(Pb)Stress on the Antioxidant Enzyme Actity of Calamus
Abstract: [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Pb on the antioxidant enzyme actity of Calamus.[Method] Taking Calamus as material, The changes of the contents of chlorophylls, SOD, POD, CAT and the activity of MDA of Calamus leaves were studied with different Pb concentration and different treatment time by sand culture .[Result] The results showed that the contents of chlorophylls in the leaves of Calamus decreased as Pb concentrations were raised, and the contents of chlorophylls dropped and then slowly raised at same Pb treatment as treatment period longer. The contents of MDA in the leaves of Calamus treated with above 200 mg/L Pb were significantly different with those of control .The contents of CAT, MDA and the activities of SOD in the leaves of Calamus increased as the Pb concentrations were raised. The contents of CAT were increased much higher in the leaves of Calamus under Pb treatments, which showed that CAT might be one of the most important materials for the tolerance of Calamus [Conclusion] The study preliminarily revealed the effects of different Pb stress on the physiological and biochemical indices of Calamus, providing the basis for further studying the correlativity between the physiological and biochemical indices of Calamus with Pb stress and its endurance to Pb.
