摘要:针对栝楼种子难萌发的问题,在水培条件下,研究了不同浓度(0%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)的聚乙二醇(PEG)对栝楼种子萌发、幼苗生长及相关生理活性的影响。结果表明:低浓度的PEG(10%)处理,栝楼种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,幼苗的根长、株高、鲜重均高于对照,且达到极显著水平,PEG浓度高于10%时则有所下降,高浓度PEG(30%)处理则抑制栝楼种子的萌发和幼苗的生长;同时,PEG溶液处理栝楼幼苗后,幼苗叶片内各生理指标均高于对照,其中MDA含量呈增加趋势,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量及SOD、POD酶活性均不同程度地表现为先升高后降低的趋势。因此,轻度水分胁迫能有效促进栝楼种子萌发及幼苗生长,且PEG浓度在10%效果最好。39719

Effects of PEG Solution Soaking on Seed Germination of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim and Seedling Physiological Characteristics
Abstract: Aiming at the problem of trichosanthes kirilowii seed germination difficult, under hydroponic conditions, to study the effects of polyethylene glycol (PEG)with different concentrations (0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%) on trichosanthes kirilowii seed germination, seedling growth and related physiological activity. The results showed that, the low concentration of PEG (10%) treatment, trichosanthes kirilowii seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, root length, plant height, fresh weight of seedling were higher than control, and reached a highly significant level, decreased when PEG concentration is higher than 10%,the trichosanthes kirilowii seed germination and seedling growth were inhibited under high concentrations of PEG (30%); At the same time, after the PEG solution treatment the seedlings of trichosanthes kirilowii, each physiological indexes in the seedling leaves were higher than control, including the MDA content increased, soluble protein, soluble sugar content and the enzyme activities of SOD and POD presented rising tendency then followed by decreasing . Under the light water stress, therefore, can effectively promote trichosanthes kirilowii seed germination and seedling growth, and the concentration 10% PEG was optimal.
