摘要植物内生菌具有丰富的生物多样性和化学多样性,具有潜在的应用研究价值。本文以飞蓬草为研究对象,通过飞蓬草中16种内生真菌与致病菌烟草赤星病菌,白色念珠菌,核果炭疽病菌的培养,对植株进行拮抗实验和抑菌实验,从而达到对飞蓬草内生真菌的抑菌活性筛选。实验得到三株菌株具有很好的抑菌活性作用,并通过分子鉴定得到三株菌株为:Penicillium citrinum,Penicillium dipodomyicola,Rhodotorula mucilaginosa。该研究结果为飞蓬草内生真菌抗菌代谢产物的研究提供试验依据。47226
Abstract Endophytic fungi are rich in biopersity and chemical persity, and has the value of application of potential. In this paper, the Erigeron acer L as the research object, through the Erigeron acer L 16 endophytes and pathogens of tobacco brown spot pathogen, Candida albicans, fermented fruit anthracnose, antagonism experiment and the Bacteriostatic Experiment of plant, so as to achieve the purpose of screening for antimicrobial activity of Endophytic Fungi from Erigeron acer L. Results three strains with antibacterial activity is very good, and the molecular identification of three strains: Penicillium citrinum, Penicillium dipodomyicola, Rhodotorula mucilaginosa. The results of this study provide the experimental basis for the study of antifungal metabolites from Erigeron acer L endophytic fungi.
