摘要本课题研究Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans菌(以下简称A.f菌)浸出黄铜矿过程中,含不同浓度LIX84IC和LIX860的铜萃取有机物对A.f菌及其对铜浸出过程的影响。研究结果表明:在研究A.f菌生长代谢过程中,含LIX84IC和LIX860铜萃取剂对A.f菌的生长和氧化活性具有很强的抑制作用,纯净培养基中的A.f菌细胞达到稳定生长期的时间约为120小时。在研究A.f菌浸矿过程中,在有机相污染的浸矿过程中,含高浓度LIX84IC和LIX860的有机相对A.f菌生长和活性的抑制作用大于含低浓度LIX84IC和LIX860的有机相。含高浓度的LIX84IC和LIX860浸矿过程中的对A.f菌活性抑制能力大于含低浓度的LIX84IC和LIX860浸矿过程对A.f菌活性抑制能力。48686

Abstract
This topic research Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans bacteria (hereinafter referred to as A.f bacteria) in the process of leaching chalcopyrite, copper extraction of organic compounds containing different concentration LIX84IC and LIX860 A.f bacteria and its effect on copper leaching process. The results show that the research A.f bacterium growth in the process of metabolism, including LIX84IC copper extractants and LIX860 and oxidation activity has a strong influence on the growth of A.f inhibition, pure A.f bacteria cells in the culture medium to achieve stable growth period of about 120 hours. In the process of research A.f bacteria leaching mining, in the process of organic pollution of leaching ore, containing high concentrations of relative A.f LIX84IC and LIX860 organic bacterial growth and activity of inhibitory effect than low concentration LIX84IC and LIX860 organic phase. Contains a high concentration of LIX84IC and LIX860 inhibition activity of A.f bacteria in the process of leaching ore than containing low concentration of LIX84IC and LIX860 inhibition activity of A.f bacteria leaching mining process.
