稻虾共作中的水质变化研究

摘 要:本研究主要根据国家标准水质检测方法,对淮安市淮安区顺河镇稻虾养殖过程中水体的溶解氧、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、总氮、总磷、pH及水温等几种指标的日常变化和昼夜变化进行检测和分析。结果表明,在日常变化中温度对水质的影响不大,亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、pH呈先缓慢上升又下降的趋势,与氨氮、溶解氧变化相反,总氮含量变化幅度小,总磷含量变化呈下降趋势;而在昼夜变化过程中温度、pH、溶解氧呈现“夜低白天高”的变化趋势,与亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、总磷、氨氮呈现相反的变化趋势,总氮含量变化变幅仍较平缓。总体上,该池塘水质情况符合国家渔业水质标准,适合小龙虾的生长。60164

Abstract:According to water quality testing standards, the study mainly detects and analyzes the daily and diurnal changes of several water quality indicators during the common cultivation between Procambarus clarkii and rice in Shunhe town, Huaian district, Huaian. Such as Dissolved oxygen concentration, ammonia nitrogen content, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, pH and water temperature. In a result, during the daily change, the temperature has little effect on the water quality, and the change of nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen pH show the trend of a slow upward rise and fall, but contrary to ammonia nitrogen and dissolved oxygen. The content of total nitrogen was slow and the change of total phosphorus content was decreased. During the diurnal variation, the change of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen concentration show the trend that the night is low during the day and high in the evening. The change of nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen,total phosphorus and ammonia show the contrary trend. The change of total nitrogen is still slow. On the whole, the water quality comply with fishery water standards and it is suitable for the growth of Procambarus clarkii.
