摘要:肝素钠废水含有高浓度无机盐和大量有机污染物,对环境具有潜在的毒性且难以处理。本论文开展了从肝素钠废水中筛选具有耐盐、高效油脂降解特性的菌株。通过猪油等限制性培养基培养方法从淮安市双宝畜产有限公司下水道肝素钠废水中分离、筛选获得了一株耐盐且有油脂降解能力的菌株,通过菌落形态、生理生化特征将其初步鉴定为克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp);进一步研究分析了该菌的生理生化特性: 在初始条件以猪油为唯一碳源的0.5%盐浓度的发酵培养液中,该耐盐菌降解猪油的最佳温度为37 ℃,降解猪油最佳的初始浓度为1mg/mL;在37 ℃,140 r/min、初始猪油浓度为1 mg/mL条件下培养72h,0.5%和3%的盐浓度的发酵培养液中油脂降解率分别为80.72%、57.47%。在通过本论文研究,对处理高盐废水中的油脂具有重要意义。66658

Abstract: Heparin sodium wastewater containing high concentration inorganic salt, and a large number of organic pollutants has the potential toxicity on the environment and it is hard to handle. In this paper ,it has carried out from the heparin sodium wastewater screening of salt resistance, high efficient oil degradation characteristics of strains. By restrictive medium methods such as lard and wastewater ,from sewer heparin sodium wastewater of Huaian Suangbao in livestock production co., LTD., separating and screening for a plant salt tolerance and having the ability of oil degradation strains, by colony morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics of its preliminary, it is identified as Klebsiella sp; Further research and analysis of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the bacteria: the best temperature of the salt-tolerant bacteria degradation of lard is 37 degrees centigrade and the best initial concentration is 1mg/mL; At 37 degrees centigrade, 140 r/min, the initial concentration of 1mg/mL lard, cultivate 72 h, under the condition of 0.5 percent and 3 percent of the salt concentration of the fermentation medium, oil degradation rate were 80.72 percent , 57.47 percent respectively. Through this thesis research, it is of great significance to solve oil of high salt wastewater.
