草鱼肠道不动杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘要为研究草鱼肠道益生菌，探索草鱼肠道菌落的构成，从草鱼肠道中筛选一株菌种，暂时编号为L，通过革兰氏染色、生化试验以及药敏试验和DNA分子鉴定等方法进行细菌形态观察、理化特征、药敏及16S rDNA序列分析等研究。结果表明L菌为革兰氏阴性菌，进一步采取PCR扩增16S rDNA基因，测序大小为 1531 bp,与不动杆菌（Acinetobacter xiamenensis）的序列同源性达 97.1%；药敏试验结果显示L菌对庆大霉素、阿莫西林、卡苄西林、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮等药物敏感，对头孢孟多、头孢噻吩、先锋霉素Ⅳ、红霉素、阿奇霉素、万古霉素、克林霉素、替考拉宁等药物抗性较强；生化试验结果为L菌为葡萄糖氧化性，阿拉伯糖、甘露糖试验呈阳性、精氨酸双水解、赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、葡萄糖酸盐、肌醇、麦芽糖、木糖等试验呈阴性。该菌株的分离与鉴定为草鱼肠道菌落的构成研究提供了一份贡献。71685

Isolation and Identification of Acinetobacter in Grass Carp

The results showed that L is a Gram-negative bacteria, to take further PCR amplification of 16S rDNA gene sequencing size of 1531bp, and Acinetobacter (Acinetobacter xiamenensis) sequence homology of 97.1%; sensitivity test showed that bacteria celebration L drug-sensitive large, amoxicillin, ampicillin card, cefotaxime, cefoperazone and so on cefamandole, cefoxitin, cephalosporin ⅳ, erythromycin, azithromycin, vancomycin, clindamycin teicoplanin drugs such strong resistance; biochemical test results for bacteria L glucose oxidation, arabinose, mannose test was positive, double-arginine hydrolysis, lysine decarboxylase, ornithine decarboxylase, gluconate, inositol, maltose, xylose test was negative.
