摘要:随着水体重金属污染备受关注,本次课题模拟不同滞留时间的含铜废水排入菖蒲自然生长环境中。采用水培方法,研究在不同胁迫时间(胁迫时间分别为3天、5天、7天)含铜废水中菖蒲的光合特性(如净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率)、叶绿素含量、铜离子吸收量的变化情况。结果显示:10mg/L铜胁迫在实验设置时间内对菖蒲光合特性影响不大。其中,胁迫时间越短,菖蒲净光合速率下降越慢,蒸腾速率增长越快,限制菖蒲气孔开张程度也越低。菖蒲叶绿素相对含量基本能一直维持增长趋势,增长速率相对缓慢。在实验设置的浓度为10mg/L铜胁迫且铜持续滞留的情况下,菖蒲在不同胁迫时间后仍能继续生长,能减少废水中铜含量,但长势减弱。79736

Effect of different stress periods on photosynthesis and growing of Acorus calamus in wastewater containing copper
Abstract: With the concern of heavy metal pollution in water, this topic simulated different retention time of copper wastewater into the Acorus calamus natural growth environment。 Using hydroponic method, the change of photosynthetic characteristics such as net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, chlorophyll content and copper ion absorption responses to different stress periods respectively for 3 days, 5 days and 7 days of Acorus calamus were studied in wastewater containing copper。The results showed that 10 mg/L copper stress had little effect on photosynthetic characteristics of Acorus calamus during experimental setup。 Among them, the shorter the stress time, the slower the net photosynthetic rate decreased, the faster the transpiration rate increased, and the lower the stomatal opening degree。 The relative content of chlorophyll in Acorus calamus can always maintain the growth trend, the growth rate is relatively slow。 Under the condition of 10 mg/L copper stress and copper persistence, the plants can continue to grow after the different stress periods, which can reduce the copper content in the wastewater, but the growth is weakened。
