摘要:以干燥葛仙米为原材料,采用浸提法提取葛仙米多糖,并且通过时间、料液比、温度三个条件的实验,得出结论。实验结果表明,葛仙米多糖的最佳提取条件为:加水溶解料液比为1:500,温度在90℃下搅拌5个小时。并且葛仙米多糖具有抗氧化性、无明显的抑菌效果、还能为皮肤提供保湿作用,所以葛仙米也被应用在化妆品、生物医药、保健品等领域。葛仙米属于典型牛顿流体,它的粘度与温度、PH、浓度等因素有关,所以葛仙米在食品领域的应用也很广。81270
