摘要当前，手机日益渗透到大学生生活的各个领域，并逐步改变着大学生的生活方式和思维方式，同时也给大学生带来的负面影响也逐步显现出来。因此本文研究大学生手机使用情况，了解大学生手机使用的负面影响并提出相应对策建议，对避免大学生手机依赖和消除手机使用负面影响具有重要意义。86409

通过对大学300位大学生的手机使用情况进行调查分析发现，首先，就大学生手机使用的基本情况看，大学生手机拥有率较高，购买手机时不以自己的真实需求进行选择，一般倾向于选择价格相对昂贵的手机。同时，大学生每月手机使用费用和每天手机使用时间也相对较高，大学生存在一定的手机依赖现象；其次，从大学生课堂手机使用情况看，大学生在课堂上有经常使用手机的现象，并且使用手机一般与学习无关，多是通过娱乐等来打消无聊的上课时间；最后，大学生对手机存在严重的依赖现状，并且大学生的手机依赖对大学生的学习习惯、思维方式、学习成绩、诚信水平、社会责任感、消费习惯以及人际交往都产生了不同程度的负面影响。

本文基于大学生手机使用现状和负面影响，从大学生自身、学校、家长和政府四个维度提升规范大学生手机使用的对策建议。

Abstract Currently, the mobile phone is increasingly penetrated into all areas of student life, and gradually changing the lifestyle and the thinking way of college students, simultaneously, the negative impact on college students is also gradually revealed。 Therefore, this paper studies students' phone usage, understands the negative impact of mobile phone use of college students and puts forward suggestions。 It is very important to avoid college students relying on the phone and eliminate the negative effects of cell phone use。

By surveying and analyzing 300 college students in Jiangsu University of Science and technology, we find: First, there is a high owning rate of mobile phone of college students, generally, they tend to choose relatively expensive mobile phone, but not according to their own needs when the buy the phones。 Meanwhile, the monthly mobile phone fees and the usage time of mobile phone per day of college students is relatively high, and there is a certain phone-dependent phenomena。 Second, from the use of phone phenomenon of college students in the classroom, college students often have often have the use of mobile phones in the classroom, and whose contents are generally unrelated to learning。 They mostly dispel the boredom of school hours through the entertainment。 Finally, there is a serious situation that college students rely on the phone, and which produces the negative effects of different degrees on study habits, thinking way, academic performance, the level of integrity, social responsibility, consumer habits and interpersonal relationships of college students。

Based on the current situation of college students' mobile phone use and the negative effects, the countermeasures and suggestions about the standardization of College Students' mobile phone use are presented from college students themselves, schools, parents and the government, and so on four aspects。
