摘要:随着中国资本市场的高速发展，我国的证券市场也在逐步规范。在激烈的市场竞争中，为了提升上市公司的综合实力，适应当下市场经济的发展水平，公正准确对上市公司进行财务绩效评价就有很重要的现实意义。本文通过对现有的评价体系梳理、吸收、借鉴，结合实际设计了一套适用于我国上市企业经营绩效评价模型。选择了多元统计中的因子分析法，运用SPSS统计软件，对2016年度16家医药上市公司财务报表进行实证分析，根据结果对我国上市医药公司进行综合排名，并据此对公司经营状况做出评价，以期对投资者的投资选择，上市公司的经营管理决策和政府的宏观调控提供一定依据。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's capital market, China's securities market is also gradually standardized. In the fierce market competition, in order to enhance the comprehensive strength of listed companies, to adapt to the current level of market economy development, fair and accurate evaluation of financial performance of listed companies have a very important practical significance. This paper designs a set of model for the performance evaluation of listed companies in China by combing, absorbing and drawing on the existing evaluation system. This paper chooses the factor analysis method of multivariate statistics and uses SPSS statistical software to analyze the financial statements of 16 listed pharmaceutical companies in 2016. According to the results, the listed companies are listed in China, and the company's operating status is evaluated. With a view to investors to invest in choice, the listed company's management decision-making and the government's macro-control to provide a basis.
