因子分析法对近年来食品上市公司经营绩效的研究

摘要：从食品制造业上看，我国是生产食品的大国，食品消费也很高，这个行业的经营绩效怎么样、能否可持续发展，对提高我国经济发展水平、提升居民生活质量和推进现代化进程具有重大意义。由此，本文主要研究了10家食品上市公司，先整理国内外相关文献和研究的相关理论；然后对食品行业上市公司的特点和发展状况进行分析，从公司成长性、流动性、资本结构和资产规模四个方面考虑经营绩效的影响因素并建立评价指标体系；最后，运用多元统计分析中的因子分析方法，找出指标体系所包含变量的共同因子并进行降维，确定出因子个数。利用SPSS软件以及R语言软件对2015年第一季度10大食品上市公司的经营绩效进行分析，计算出各个因子的因子得分进而得到综合得分，并根据综合得分进行排名。最后再根据之前得出来的分析结果有针对性的对食品上市公司提出改进策略。

Abstract：Look from the food manufacturing industry, our country is big country, food production, food consumption is also high, how about operating performance of the industry and the sustainable development, to improve the level of economic development in our country, improve residents' quality of life and promote the modernization process is of great significance. In this paper, the author mainly studied 10 food listed companies, and then analyzed the relevant literature and the relevant theories. Then the food industry characteristics and development status of listed companies is analyzed, from the company's growth, liquidity, capital structure and asset size four aspects to consider the factors influencing the business performance and to establish the evaluation index system; Finally, the factor analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis is used to find the common factor of the variables in the index system and to reduce the dimension and determine the number of factors. Using R language software for the first quarter of 2015 top 10 food operating performance of listed companies analysis, calculate the factor score of various factors, in turn, get comprehensive score, and according to the synthetical score ranking. Finally, the proposed improvement strategy for food listed companies is based on the analysis results.

第一章绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

我国上市公司数量日渐增多，对公司经营业绩的评价方法和指标体系比较复杂，若用传统的评价方法难以解决指标间的相关性问题。因子分析法则是由各个观测指标提供的信息量相对大小来确定指标权重，并将多维数据降低为低维综合指标的多元统计分析方法。主旨在于浓缩信息、降低指标维度、简化指标结构，在尽可能少损失主要信息的前提下，避免变量间多重共线性问题，将众多具有相关性的变量简化为少数几个高度概括数据信息的因子，每个因子反映上市公司业绩问题的一个方面，根据各主因子方差贡献率的大小确定综合评价模型的权数，克服了采用主观法给出指数权数的缺点。由此可见，因子分析法能客观、公正地对上市公司的经营业绩进行综合评价。因子分析法对近年来食品上市公司经营绩效的研究:http://www.youerw.com/shuxue/lunwen_204235.html
