摘要数学作为初中教育的一门重要学科，也是一门最基础的学科。在应试教育下，数学教育观念落后，教材内容“适应中考”，教学方法一味以“填鸭式”为主，使我们的学生出现高分低能的现象愈来愈严峻，因此，数学素质教育刻不容缓。本文将从中学数学教育现状及素质教育概念着手，提出初中数学教学必须培养学生的数学素质，实施素质教育；阐述初中数学素质教育的主要内容（爱国zhuyi教育、辩证唯物zhuyi教育、科学文化素质教育、心理素质教育、创新能力和实践能力的培养）；探讨初中数学教师如何做好素质教学工作（心理素质教育下的教学、渗透数学思想下的教学、加强逻辑思维下的教学、培养应用数学能力下的教学）以及新的教学方式——翻转课堂。76617

Abstract Mathematics as a significant subject in middle school, is also a basic subject。 In the exam-oriented education, mathematics education concepts are backward; textbook contents adapt to senior high school entrance examination; teachers are always in a spoon-feeding classroom。 There is an increasing problem that our students seem to have high scores but be in low abilities。 So, it is of significance to strengthen quality-orientation education。 This paper, in view of the status in the current mathematics education in the middle school and the concept of quality-orientation education, summarizes the significance of the implementation of the quality-orientation education in the middle school and then clarifies the core content of it, including patriotism, dialectical materialism, scientific and cultural quality, psychological quality, the training of innovation and practical ability; discusses how to do for teachers in education program to develop students’ quality, including psychological quality, mathematical thought, logical thought and digital operation；a new mode of teaching--flipped classroom。
