摘要：本文运用的研究方法分别是文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对2014-2015届社会体育毕业生进行调查，对毕业生以及用人单位进行调查分析学院社会体育专业毕业生的就业方向、就业现状以及出现的一系列问题，结果表明：学院社会体育毕业生就业率未达到较高比率、社会体育毕业生存在就业观念缺失、自身综合能力不足等现象。对于这些问题做出对策，为推进学院社会体育专业的延续和健康的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。85011

Abstract: This paper adopts the research methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the 2014-2015 of social sports graduates, graduates and employment, the investigation and analysis of Zhoukou Normal University social sports graduates employer employment status and the emergence of a series of problems, the results show that the social sports in Zhoukou Normal University graduate employment rate is not high ratio and the social sports graduates employment concept, do their own comprehensive quality is not high, the phenomenon of shortage of employment preparation, this paper proposes suggestions and countermeasures, has important significance to promote the continuation of the Zhoukou Normal University social sports specialty and healthy development。

1998年以来，我国有越来越多的学生可以迈入大学的校门，其中一大部分学生就是通过体育专业的扩招，这也意味每年将会有大批量的体育专业的毕业生，但是，社会却对体育专业毕业生的需求并没有大幅度增多。社会体育专业是一个刚刚兴起的行业，无论是在师资力量方面，还是硬件设施方面，我国各大高校做的都不够成熟和完善，面对这一困境，需要学校作出相应的调整，将教学更倾向于健身娱乐方面，并对这一课程进行深层次的优化设置，需要学校、老师以及学生不断的去学习、进步，从而适应社会需求。同时，相关部门也应该充分的解决和落实，体育专业毕业生就业问题。论文网
