摘    要课外体育活动锻炼是提中学学生自身身体素质的重要方式和方法，采取科学有效的课外体育活动模式，对保障中学生自身素质的提高具有重要作用。当前杭州十五中课外体育活动开展状况并不理想。主要原因是学生学业太重、没有时间、场地器材不足、领导和家长对孩子中心不在课外体育活动项目上。本文通过问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对杭州十五中学生课外体育活动锻炼开展进行调查与分析、了解情况：杭州十五中学生参加课外体育活动锻炼情况、中学生认为杭州十五中的课外体育活动锻炼设备及器械是否够用情况进行调查，并对杭州十五中学生课外体育活动锻炼说面临的问题进行分析，提出针对性的改进措施，提高杭州十五中中学生课外体育活动锻炼的管理水平。89302
