淮阴区癌症患者锻炼参与现状调查分析

摘要：本文以淮阴区癌症患者为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对患者的一般情况、锻炼项目、锻炼时间、锻炼态度以及对康复锻炼的认识等情况进行调查分析。研究结果发现，淮阴区癌症患者锻炼形式较为单一，缺乏专业指导并且对康复锻炼的认识不足。本文针对此类问题为淮阴区癌症患者提出对不同情况患者进行个体化指导、组建专业康复锻炼指导队伍、加大康复锻炼的宣传力度等建议，以增强癌症患者运动参与意识，引导患者主动学习相关运动知识，选择合适的锻炼方式，从而达到提高患者生活质量的目的。91104

1前言

据央视新闻报道，国家癌症中心发布的中国最新癌症数据显示，我国每天约1万人确诊癌症，相当于每7分钟确诊一例癌症患者，到85岁一个人的累计患癌风险约为36%，且近年来全国的癌症发病率呈上升趋势。
