摘要：当前体育师范类大学生技能发展状况不尽如人意,应当强化学生业余时间进行专项训练的指导与要求,增强学生技能。本文主要针对当前体育专项班学生利用业余时间进行体育训练提出的背景、实施的要点以及具体效果等方面进行简要论述。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对13级体育教育班的学生利用业余时间进行专项技能训练时，学院场地器材、气候条件、学生自身等诸多原因对课外专项训练的影响，分析这些影响并针对性的提出解决办法，提高学院体院体育专项班学生的课余时间利用效率，来使全体学生的身体素质得到发展，为学生的专项技能奠定良好的基础。根据调查得出，2013级体育专项班学生能较好利用业余时间进行专项训练的结果，并得出：除了一些外部环境会影响训练的积极性外，还有一些内部因素也会改变学生对训练的积极性的结论。93529

Abstract：The current situation of college sports teachers skills development is not satisfactory, should strengthen guidance and requirements of the students' spare time for special training, to enhance students' skills。 This article mainly aims at the current sports special students use their spare time physical exercise in the background, the implementation of the main points and the specific effect and other aspects are briefly discussed。 This paper adopts the method of literature, students study methods of interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and so on 13 physical education classes in their spare time to carry out special skills training, many reasons of equipment and weather conditions, Huaiyin Normal University students on extracurricular special exercise, analysis of these effects and solutions put forward Huaiyin Normal University Institute of physical education, improve the utilization efficiency of the special class of the students in their spare time, to all the students' physical quality development, lay a good foundation for students' special skills。 According to the survey, 2013 sports special students can use their spare time to carry out special training results, and concluded: in addition to some external environment will affect the enthusiasm of the exercise, there are some internal factors will change the enthusiasm of the students to exercise the conclusion。
