徐州市铜山区高级中学教师体育参与现状研究

中文摘要：当前，我国高级教育正处于应试教育向素质教育的转型时期，各类教学目标和内容的不断创新和提高，加重了教师的工作负担和任务，使教师弱化自我健康意识，身体素质呈下降趋势。所以加强对教师健康状况的关注，不仅是教师自身需求所在，更为教育的长期发展奠定基础。91870

本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,对江苏省徐州市铜山区高级中学教师体育参与现状进行了调查与研究。结果表明，目前江苏省徐州市铜山区高级中学教师的体育人口数量偏低;体育锻炼项目呈多样化;锻炼场所以家庭、本校体育场馆为主;时间段选择以晚饭后为主;采用个人锻炼、与家人一起锻炼以及与朋友同事一起锻炼的体育锻炼形式;体育锻炼遇到的主要问题是工作紧、家务忙。

最后，针对存在的问题，提供有益的参考建议，包括：国家政府应该完善相关法律与制度；社会要加强宣传力度；学校最大限度的提供良好的锻炼条件；教师自身提高自身健身意识。
