摘要 本论文研究通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对杭州市上城区居民参与休闲体育活动的现状展开调查研究，主要对上城居民休闲体育参与人群年龄和文化程度，收入水平和消费观念，闲暇时间的活动支配方式、活动场所和参加休闲体育活动的主要动机等进行统计。在调查中发现：城市休闲体育的理论研究薄弱、宣传力度弱，休闲体育消费观念良莠不齐、休闲体育活动场地缺乏、设施不齐全是影响着杭州市上城区休闲体育发展的主要阻力。提出加强城市休闲体育的理论研究；加速休闲体育专业人才培养；政府宏观调控，助力群众建设“三新家园”；加大宣传力度, 树立正确、科学的休闲体育消费观等方面的对策。为杭州市上城区居民参与休闲体育的发展提供切实可行的建议和有力的理论支持，使杭州市居民参与休闲体育发展提供客观的理论依据。90113

Abstract Through questionnaire, literature, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the present situation of leisure sports activities in Hangzhou city residents, mainly statistics on the age and cultural level, income level and consumption concept, leisure time activities, the main motivation of leisure sports activities。 In the investigation, it is found that the theoretical research of urban leisure sports is weak, weak propaganda, leisure sports consumption concept is uneven, lack of leisure sports venues, facilities are the main resistance of Hangzhou Shangcheng District leisure sports development。 Put forward to strengthen the theoretical research of urban leisure sports; Accelerate the training of leisure sports professionals; Government macro-control, help the masses to build" three new homes "; Strengthen propaganda, establish a correct, scientific leisure sports consumption concept and other aspects。 It provides practical suggestions and strong theoretical support for the development of Hangzhou Shangcheng District residents to participate in leisure sports, and provides objective theoretical basis for the residents participating in leisure sports development。
