摘要：改革开放后，我国的经济实力和综合国力不断增强，国民生活水平不断提高，中国快速的与世界接轨。越来越多的外来文化充斥在中国的市场，很多的民族特色都受到了西方外来文化的冲击，传统的民间地方性的运动项目也不例外。由于中国国内的“精英体育”的影响和本土人民的不重视，地方性民俗体育项目面临边缘话甚至消失的危险。而地方民俗性体育项目是一个地区历史文化的缩影，对地区文化的研究具有重要的意义，因此保护地方性民俗体育项目就显得尤为重要。81251
本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法，以及逻辑分析法等研究方法，通过对淮安市地方性民俗体育项目调查与研究，得出以下结论：淮安市地方性民俗体育项目种类在减少，参与的人群也在减少。参加民俗项目的人群的年龄多集中在45-65岁，男性人数多于女性；学历以本科和大专人数居多，其他人数很少；居民对体育设施资源不是很满意，基本没有人对自己生活地区的体育设施资源完全满意，同时居民的积极性不高；集体开展的项目很少。
