周口市东新区广场舞发展现状及分析

摘要：广场舞作为一项新兴的体育休闲运动，是融合音乐、舞蹈、体操为一体的有氧健身运动。以其健身娱乐性与时尚性深受广大群众的喜爱。本论文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对周口市东新区广场舞的发展现状和存在问题进行了理论和实证研究。研究表明周口市东新区广场舞参与人群年龄结构呈现多层次的发展态势，中老年人数不断增多，参与者锻炼的时间比较统一。人们参与广场舞主要目的是预防疾病、塑造体形、增进健康，从而培养高雅的艺术气质，改变个人精神面貌。而绝大多数参与者在身体和心理方面都发生了较大的积极变化。82054

Development status and Analysis of square dance in the East new District ofZhoukou City

Abstract: Square dance as a new sports and leisuresports,Fusion of music,dance,gymnastics as one of aerobic fitness movement。With its fitness and entertainment and fashion by the massesof love。This paper uses the method of interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistic and other research methods,the development status and existing problems of the square dance in the East New District of Zhoukou city are studied theoretically and empirically。 The age structure of the square dance group in the East New District of Zhoukou city presents a multilevel development trend,the increasing number of participants in the middle and old age,the time of exercise is more uniform。People to participate in the square dance is the main purpose of prevention disease ,shape,improve health,so as to cultivate elegant artistic temperament,to change the face of personal spirit。Most ofthe participants in the physical and psychological aspects of a greater positive change。

周口市东新区广场舞发展现状及分析

引言

新世纪以来，我国的形式发展很快，社会经济加速发展，居民生活水平不断提高，消费结构进一步提升，为体育事业的发展创造了良好的社会条件。广场舞作为一种低碳健身方式，深受广大人民群众的喜爱。由于大家的喜爱，广场舞走进了城市和乡村，在愉悦的音乐伴奏下，体现出明快的舞蹈动作和简单的舞步，普通老百姓都很容易掌握，非常适合中老年人。广场舞将艺术的美感和体育运动的质感结合在一起，最终实现强身健体，愉悦情感的目的。本文对周口市东新区广场舞的开展现状进行了实地调查。通过实地考察和数据统计，对周口市东新区广场舞开展状况进行全面的了解，并在此基础上分析影响广场舞开展的各种因素，提出相应的改善发展的建议。为周口市东新区广场舞的发展提供理论依据。
