摘要远程支援系统是基于LabVIEW语言编写的包括双向语音交互，实时的视频通信，文字文件传输功能的软硬件结合系统。其功能是远程终端通过视频语音文字的交互来支援线场的复杂精密仪器或系统的维修、装配等任何可能遇到的问题。在战争时间专家不能到达现场和各种不利条件的情况下，维修作业成了耗费大量财力物力非常困难的事情，是产生维修差错和质量问题的敏感环节。远程支援系统能很好的解决这些问题。在语音通讯方面，此远程支援系统采用的是一种DataSocket技术实现双机语音实时通信的方法，依LabVIEW软件平台强大的网络通信功能，利用DataSocket对TCP/IP底层完全封装，将传统C/S模式服务器与客户机程序结合，通过DSTP(DataSocket Transfer Protocol )通信协议传递至对方扬声器播放从而实现双机网络通信。在视频实时传输方面，该系统在LabVIEW和NI-IMAQ Vision软件平台下，使用USB摄像头、动态链接库函数以及NI-IMAQ Vision视频处理模块开发了一种实时视频采集处理虚拟仪器系统。通过NI-IMAQ Vision中的NI-IMAQ模块、NI-IMAQdx模块以及普通的USB摄像头完成了视频的采集；通过TCP/IP协议进行视频的实时传输。86546

Abstract Remote support system is based on LabVIEW language, including two-way voice interaction, real-time video communication, text file transfer function of the software and hardware combination system。 Its function is to support the complex precision instrument or system maintenance, assembly and so on。 In the case of war time experts can not arrive at the scene and a variety of adverse conditions, the maintenance work has become a very difficult thing which consumed a lot of money and material resources,it is a sensitive part of the maintenance errors and quality issues。 The remote support system can solve these problems well。 In voice communication, using the remote support system is a kind of DataSocket technology dual real-time voice communication method, in accordance with the LabVIEW software platform, powerful network communication function, on the bottom of the TCP / IP is completely encapsulated by DataSocket, combines the traditional C / S mode, the server and the client machine, through the communication protocol of DSTP (DataSocket Transfer Protocol) of the transfer to the other speaker playback in order to achieve the dual network communication。 In the real-time video transmission, the system in LabVIEW and ni-imaq for vision software platform using USB camera, dynamic link library and ni-imaq for Vision video processing module developed a real-time video acquisition and processing system based on virtual instrument。 Through Vision NI-IMAQ in the NI-IMAQ module, NI-IMAQdx module, as well as the common USB camera video capture; through the TCP/IP protocol for real-time video transmission。
