摘要为了提高生产效率,自动化流水线在制造型企业已经十分普及,且产线的智能化程度也在不断提高,所以如果不能及时发现设备故障并作出诊断的话,可能会出现严重的产品质量以及系统停机问题,因此必须密切监控工业生产线各个环节的状态,当出现问题时,才能及时处理故障设备以减少损失。生产线状态监测系统对工业生产过程有着举足轻重的影响。传统的有线监测技术越来越不适用于目前日趋复杂的工业环境,而基于无线通信的状态检测系统简单,方便维护,成本低廉,实时监测产线的状态信号,很好地满足了生产的需要。87581
本文主要研究了Arduino平台和Android系统平台,设计了基于蓝牙通信的工业生产线状态检测系统,整个系统由Arduino生产线模拟平台和Android手机控制平台两部分组成。其中硬件平台包括了Arduino单片机、蓝牙串口模块以及电源部分。在确定了单片机和蓝牙串口模块的型号之后,对其原理进行分析并编写了相应的串口通信程序。验证硬件部分通信正常之后,在Eclipse开发环境上编写了用于控制单片机的手机应用程序——蓝牙通信。本文将Android软件平台和Arduino硬件平台结合起来,建立了一个模拟工业生产线的在线状态检测系统,并且进行了验证,结果显示该系统可以实现手机和Arduino单片机的数据互通,单片机也能够对手机客户端发送的控制指令进行响应。

Title A Study of State Detection Technology for Industrial Product Line Based on Mobile Communication
Abstract These days,automated assembly line in manufacturing type enterprises have become very popular, so if you can not discover equipment failure and make a diagnosis, serious products quality and system downtime problems may appear。 Therefore, it is necessary to closely monitor the state of industrial production line。 Production line state monitoring system for industrial production process has a decisive influence。 Traditional wired monitoring technology is not fit for the increasingly complex industrial environment any more, and detection systems based on mobile communication are convenient to monitor and cost less,so more and more companies substitute it for old detection system。
In this paper, I mainly study the Arduino platform and Android platform, designed a industrial production line state detection system。 And I write the serial port communication program as well as an app named Bluetooth Communication。This paper combines the Android Software Platform and the Arduino hardware platform established a simulation of online detection system, and verified the results, which show that the system can realize data communication of mobile phone and Arduino hardware platform,send control message through the app to the single-chip microcomputer。
