摘要随着科学技术的不断进步,全数字化的控制技术在电力电子中被广泛地运用。最近几年来,一类新型的集成电路得到应用,现场可编程门阵列FPGA就是其中一种,它的优势是体积小、存储多、耗能少,同时具有简单编程,易于维护等优点。同单片机和DSP比较,FPGA运算速度更快,工作效率更高,将这些优势用在电力电子电路中,适应了频率更高和结构更加复杂的发展方向。FPGA拥有很强大的处理能力,可以缩减结构,满足市场的需要,让成本下降很多。因此,在许多领域中,FPGA开发和使用频率变得越来越高。

本设计使用一种现场可编程门阵列FPGA的设计方案来实现变频调速控制系统设计的要求。通过FPGA组成的集成电路系统生成一个三相正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)波形,可以用于PWM控制的变频调速的数字化控制。本设计对系统设计如何实现进行了阐述,主要有系统设计理论分析部分,系统软硬件设计部分还有如何在FPGA上实现硬件的功能。数字化设计是这个系统的特点,在设计中,充分结合FPGA的特点,最终产生三相正弦脉宽调制波形,对电机的变频调速进行控制,验证了本设计的可行和有效。41854

The Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Control System Based On FPGA Design

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, fully digital control technology has been widely used in power electronics. In recent years, a new type of integrated circuit has been applied, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is one of them, which has the advantage of small size, large storage, less energy consumption, both easy for programming and maintaining. Compared with the MCU and DSP, FPGA runs faster and works more efficiently. Making full use of these advantages in power electronic circuit leads to better adaptation in development trend with higher frequency and more complicated structure. FPGA is possessed with strong processing capability, which can downsize the structure to meet the needs of market with a much lower cost. Thus, in many areas, FPGA development and operating frequency become higher and higher.

This design adopts a site programmable gate array (FPGA) design scheme to achieve frequency control system design requirements. IC system composed by FPGA generates a three-phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) waveforms, which can be used for digital control of frequency control by PWM. This design scheme illustrates the realization of system design, mainly including theoretical analysis of system design, system hardware and software design as well as how to realize the hardware function in FPGA. Digital Design is the feature of this system, it’s fully integrated with FPGA features, eventually produce a three-phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform and achieve control over frequency, which validates the feasibility and efficiency of this design scheme.
