摘要遥感技术兴起后,光谱成像得到了广泛的发展和应用。其中干涉型高光谱成像系统以其卓越的高通光率、高光谱分辨率成为当前市场的发展方向,是人们获取目标一维光谱信息和二维空间信息的前沿学科。标定是光谱仪对入射目标的响应的定量分析,主要分为辐射定标和光谱定标。本文介绍了不同类型干涉型高光谱成像仪的原理以及不同类型的标定技术的原理。根据其中实验室定标内容中的光谱定标部分的基本理论,探测器像元与目标光谱信息之间的对应关系,具体设计了光谱定标方案,绘制了定标系统结构图,同时研究介绍了光谱复原的流程以及算法。利用Sagnac干涉型实验装置,通过MATLAB软件对采集的干涉图进行光谱标定,并对光谱定标结果和光谱分辨率进行分析,得出最终结论。79543

Title Research on The Calibration Method of Interferometric Hyperspectral Imager
Abstract After the rise of remote sensing technology, spectral imaging has been widely developed and applied。 Wherein the interferometric hyper-spectral imaging systems becomes the current market direction for its outstanding high light through rate, high spectral resolution。 It is a frontier for people to obtain one-dimensional spectral information and two-dimensional spatial information。 Calibration is quantitative analysis of the target in response to the incident in spectrometer, which pided into radiometric calibration and spectral calibration。 This paper introduces the principle of different types of interferometric hyperspectral imager and principles of different types of calibration techniques。 According to the basic theory of spectral calibration which is part of laboratory calibration and correspondence between the probe pixel and the spectral information of the target, we specifically designed the spectral calibration program and draw the structure of calibration system。 At the same time, we study and introduce spectral recovery processes and algorithms。 Use Sagnac interferometer experiment device and MATLAB software to calibrate the acquisition interferogram。 Analysis the results of the spectral calibration and spectral resolution, come to a final conclusion。
