毕业设计说明书中文摘要用光学测量物体三维轮廓已经体现了非常大的优势与潜力,方法主要有相移法和傅立叶变换法,相移法利用多幅条纹进行求解,结果较为精确。本文主要研究相移法,并进行具体实验。
本文介绍了条纹投影的具体过程,本文利用波长移相进行相位提取,波长的改变需要通过电流改变实现,首先要对电流-波长进行标定。通过改变电流,使相位每次改变,得到四幅条纹图。利用四步移相法和随机移相法分别求得物面上各点的相位值,利用算法进行解包,得到连续的相位值,根据相位和高度的关系,对原物的三维轮廓进行复原。基于以上的理论,搭建了实验装置,对实物进行测量,并分析误差,实验结果表明,基于波长移相的光纤投影技术的精度明显高于传统方法。81410

Title Fiber-Optic Interferometer Projection Based on Wavelength Phase-Shifting for Three-Dimensional Profile Measurement
Abstract Optical 3-D non-contract measurement technique has been shown huge advantage and potential, it mostly has two methods include phase measuring profilometry and Fourier transform profilometry, phase measuring profilometry using multiple stripes to solved, so it is more accurate。 Therefore, this paper mainly research phase measuring profilometry, and specific experiments。
This article describes the specific process of fringe projection, we use phase-shifted wavelength phase extraction, but changing the wavelength by current, we must first figure out the relation between current-phase。 Next, we change the current each step, get four fringe pattern, use the four-step phase shift method and the random phase shift method to calculate phase value of each point on the object plane, but we have to use algorithm unpack to obtain a continuous phase value, according to the relationship between phase and height, the original three-dimensional profile will be restored。 Based on the above theory, setting up experimental apparatus for physical measurements and analytical error, the experimental results show that the accuracy of phase-shift based on the wavelength of the optical fiber projection technology significantly higher than traditional methods。
