摘要基于ABX3型有机卤化物钙钛矿材料的太阳能电池由于具有光电转化效率高、制备工艺简单、成本低廉等优点,被认为是最有前途的光伏器件之一。钙钛矿薄膜的质量好坏直接影响太阳能电池的光电转化效率,而且不同方法制备的薄膜会有较大差别。通常,制备钙钛矿薄膜的方法可分为一步沉积法和两步顺序沉积法两种。87775
本实验针对一步法及两步法制备CH3NH3PbI3薄膜过程的关键技术参数进行系统分析对比,比如通过改变反应物浓度、反应温度、反应时间等参数,来研究其对样品物相、微观形貌、以及光伏性能的影响。结果表明,当使用两步顺序法制备钙钛矿薄膜时,样品的形貌及其光伏性能均比一步法好,不但晶粒比较规则、覆盖度好,而且其光电转化效率更高。

Title Research on the key technologies of the preparation of perovskite solar cells
Abstract Organic halide perovskite solar cells based on CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite have been recognized as one of the most promising photovoltaic devices owing to the high photoelectric conversion efficiency, simple fabrication process, and low cost。 Photoelectric conversion efficiencies of the solar cells largely depend on the quality of perovskite thin layer which can be produced by different methods with certain difference。 Two methods are commonly used for the preparation of perovskite thin films: one step deposition method and two step sequential deposition method。
In this experiment, CH3NH3PbI3 thin films were prepared by one step and two step methods respectively, and fabricated into perovskite solar cells。 The key parameters such as concentration, temperature, and reaction time were varied systematically to study the effect of these parameters to the final conversion efficiency。 By comparing the different preparation conditions, we found that not only the morphology but also the cell performance based on the perovskite thin film prepared by using the two step sequential are much better than those by using one step deposition method。
