摘要 ：众多周知，一国风险投资的发展严重影响该国经济的发展，一国风险投资事业如果发展的好可以强有力促进该国高科技行业的发展。我国的风险投资虽然开始的晚，但是发展步伐快。虽然近些年来发展态势迅猛，但与西方发达国家相比，仍存在不小的差距，需要继续努力。同时，近两年我国的风险投资的发展脚步与之前相比，甚为缓慢。本文的研究就是基于以上现状，分别对我国风险投资现状，存在的问题及相应对策进行详细研究分析。70326

一、引言

    风险投资的资本主要用于创业企业建立发展的初期，等到起企业进入相对成熟期后，就可以利用市场的退出机制将其原来股权形态的资本转化成资金形态，以收回投资，取得高额风险收益。对于全球风险资本来说，现在正是进行风险投资的绝佳时期。对于中国、印度和俄罗斯等一系列非成熟投资地区但是却是新兴的地区，风险投资市场正处在发展的上升期。
