    摘要: 本实验利用有机偶联反应制备出2-磺酸对苯二甲酸(H2BDC-SO3H)有机偶联配体,同时准备对苯二甲酸(H2BDC)、2-氨基对苯二甲酸(H2BDC-NH2)、偏苯三甲酸(H2BDC-COOH)作为配体,Al(NO3)3·9H2O、AlCl3·6H2O作为基体,将配体与基体混合分散于DMF或乙醇中,利用液相溶剂热法制取Al-MOFs框架。用浸渍法将不同Eu3+和Tb3+离子引入到框架骨架中形成发光中心,获得纳米晶荧光粉。通过XRD、FT-IR、TG、SEM、PL、CIE等方法对材料进行结构、形貌、热稳定性、发光性能的表征。结果表明:四种多稀土混合MOFs材料,结晶度好,晶体颗粒分散均匀;四种材料热稳定性优良,在450°C时,骨架才开始发生坍塌;通过调节Tb3+离子和Eu3+离子的混合比例,可以有效调控稀土离子掺杂MOFs样品的发光颜色,实现了多色发光,材料4为蓝光,1为黄光,2与3处于白光区域,其中材料2最接近理想纯度白光。其为Al-MIL-53-COOH-2掺杂0.06mol/LEu3+,0.04mol/L Tb3+,CIE坐标为(0.3327,0.3279)。多功能发光,热稳定性,良好的纳米尺寸揭示这些材料会有LED灯、条形码和生物传感器材料潜在的应用。48967

    Metal-organic amorphous materials research on self-assembly and properties of multi-functional primitives

    Abstract: The use of organic coupling reaction of prepared 2 - sulfonic acid and terephthalic acid H2BDC-SO3H coupling organic ligands, as well as for the preparation of H2BDC, H2BDC-NH2, H2BDC-COOH as ligand, Al(NO3)3·9H2O, AlCl3·6H2O as matrix, the ligand and the mixed matrix dispersed in DMF or ethanol, by liquid phase solvent thermal preparation Al-MOFs framework. The different Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions were introduced into the framework of the framework by the impregnation method, and the luminescent centers were formed. The structure, morphology, thermal stability and luminescence properties of the materials were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TG, SEM, PL, CIE and other means. The results showed that the four kinds of rare earth mixed MOFs, good crystallinity, crystal grains are uniformly dispersed; four kinds of material has excellent thermal stability, at 450°C, skeleton began to collapse; by adjusting the mixing ratio of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions can effective regulation of mixed rare earth MOFs sample of luminous color, multicolor emission was realized, material 4 for Blu ray, 1 for yellow light, 2 and 3 in the white area, which material 2 closest to ideal purity white light. It is Al-MIL-53-COOH-2 doped 0.04mol/L Tb3+, 0.06mol/L Eu3+. CIE coordinates is (0.3327, 0.3279). Multi functional luminescence, thermal stability, and good nano size reveal the potential applications of these materials with LED lights, bar code and biosensor materials.
