本文中的实验从有机高分子入手,有别于现有的无机含硅元素的涂料。通过三种 不同的环氧树脂、两种不同的膨胀性阻燃剂和用于改性的氢氧化铝制成六种涂料进行 测试。环氧树脂作为涂料的主要成分。膨胀性阻燃剂的目的在于阻止低燃点的环氧树 脂在高温下的燃烧,防止涂层失去保护作用。氢氧化铝作为协调阻燃剂,一者可以降 低涂层成本。再者,氢氧化铝可以与环氧树脂中的酸性物质和协调阻燃剂分解后的酸 性物质中和,防止基体的腐蚀。最后,氢氧化铝本身可以形成致密的氧化铝保护膜层, 加强保护效果。
经过热重分析仪测定环氧树脂和阻燃剂的耐热性能,结合扫描电镜和金相显微分 析的氧化层厚度,我们发现有机高分子材料仍然不能在在超过 900℃的高温对基体有 效地防护。可是,高分子材料却能在 900℃以下对金属基材很好地保护。通过拉伸剪 切强度的测定,可以证明有机高分子材料对金属有着很好的附着力。同时优秀的力学 性能也能很好地适应金属的塑性形变。

Abstract The process of heat treatment for metal can greatly improve some demanding properties for workpieces。 However, decarbonization and carburization would take place on the surface of metal in the process of heat treatment with high temperature。 The most used and the most advanced coating using in heat treatment are the glass coating made of silicate and the ceramic coating made of silica。 Both the adhesion to metal of these coating and the property of the coating are not very good。
In the context of the paper, different from inorganic and non-metallic material which contains silicon, the experiment started from organic polymer material。 We test 6 kinds of coating which made of 3 different kinds of epoxy,2 kinds of intumescent flame retardants(IFR) and aluminum hydroxide for modified purpose。 The main ingredient is epoxy。 IFR was used to prevent epoxy burn too soon in the surroundings of high
temperature。 The aluminum hydroxide, as the coordination flame retardant, was used to
decrease the cost on coating and neutralize the acidic substance in the organic ingredient to prevent the process of corroding metal。 Beside, the aluminum hydroxide will break into water and alumina which can form membrane to protect the metal。
After thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) for heat resistance of epoxy and IFR, with measure for oxide layer on the metal by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and metallography microscopy, we conclude that the organic polymer coating cannot protect the metal effectively in the 900℃。However,when the temperature is under 900℃,the
coating performed very well。 The organic polymer material have the good adhesion to metal by the tensile shear strength analysis。 And the good mechanical property can adjust to the deformation of metal。
