摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,我国的城市化进程的不断开展以及废旧道路、房屋等的翻修与拆迁,越来越多的固体废弃物不能得到有效地及时的处理,固体废弃物的随意丢弃、摆放和掩埋对我国的环境和人们的生活质量产生了巨大的影响。同时,由于大量建筑的建造,我国资源正在被快速的消耗,更加加剧了环境的恶化。因此,如何有效的利用这些废弃物,使它们能够被二次利用并能较以前有更好的性能。68161
轻集料混凝土具有轻质高强、高耐久、保温、隔热、抗震、隔声等一系列优点,这归功于轻集料陶粒自身的特性,与传统的石子、砂等集料相比,轻集料是具有内部多孔且质轻的独特结构。利用这些固体废弃物,制成轻集料作为骨料加入到混凝土中,制成高性能混凝土,既能有效地解决固体废弃物的处理问题,又能大大缓解资源的消耗缓解自然的压力。但由于我国在该方面的生产研究起步比较晚,工艺设备发展落后,导致我国生产的轻骨料大多吸水率大、密度偏大、粒型大一、强度较低。我国在这一方面技术还不成熟的同时,城市的大量高层建筑建设、大跨度桥梁等正迫切要求使用高性能轻集料建筑材料。这一系列的问题时刻在催促着人们,因此,在这种大环境的压迫下为轻集料混凝土的发展提供了广阔的发展空间。
