本实验的Ce:LYSO晶体是在上海新漫晶体材料科技有限公司晶体生长实验室完成的,晶体的生长工艺难度:Ce:LYSO晶体熔点较高,原料昂贵,原料组分多,密度差别比较大。Ce3+的分凝系数较低,影响晶体的性能和质量。本试验采用提拉法生长Ce:LYSO晶体。此次生长的两块晶体尺寸为Φ60×140mm,在不同的温度梯度下生长,其中一块外观呈无色透明状,以肉眼观察,所生长的晶体通透性好、无明显包裹物夹杂和开裂。同时生长的另一块晶体外观呈无色透明状,但出现了明显的开裂和白丝等宏观缺陷。
将生长质量良好的的Ce:LYSO晶体经光学抛光,加工成打磨两块长10mm厚2mm的晶体样品,测试其200-1000nm波段的透过率达到85%,晶体光学质量良好、激发与发射光谱谱、衰减时间、粉末XRD等性能的表征。
