摘要:本文选用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对淮安市城乡小学足球师资的基本情况、专业背景、教学现状、参培情况进行了对比分析,得出如下结论:
1。从淮安市城乡小学足球的年龄结构来分析。淮安市城乡小学足球主要都是中年教师来进行足球的教学活动,他们虽然有着一定的教学经验,但都很落后,相比于年轻教师,没有冲劲和活力,学习能力差,所以我们要引进年轻教师。
2。当前淮安市城乡小学足球师资队伍现状还存在着一系列的问题,师资数量不足,部分教练员学历低、经验不足、职称评定等情况不理想。92960
3。从淮安市城乡小学足球的专业背景来分析。淮安市城乡小学足球教师主要来源于本科生体育专业非足球专项。师资学历水平主要以本科、大专为主,取得足球师资职称的教师虽然较多,但绝大部分都处于初级阶段。
4。目前淮安市城乡小学足球开课情况和比赛情况还不完善,城市相对于农村而言,城市的比赛情况要好于农村。
5。从淮安市城乡小学足球师资培训情况来看,绝大部分教师认为师资后期培训工作从不参加,且大部分对于培训方式及效果表示一般。
