摘要管件焊接夹具是船用柴油机制造过程中必不可少的专用装备。目前企业一般采用专用夹具焊接管件,这造成了一系列问题,如夹具制作周期长、资金重复投入,夹具使用后的存放占用空间大、使用范围小、功能单一化、工装管理难度增加等,这些缺点极大地影响了柴油机的成本,同时也降低了在市场上的竞争力。因此,针对管件的特殊性,如何设计出一套行之有效地管件焊接夹具就成为了一个至关重要的问题。50233

本文在分析现有各种焊接管件类零件特征的基础上,根据焊接管件智能化装夹地需求,进行船用柴油机管件焊接柔性夹具的设计。柴油机管件形状复杂,两端法兰位置要求十分严格,本设计采用逐一控制自由度的方式装夹管件,使管件在空间到达任意位置、任意角度,然后夹紧。法兰固定装置由两个旋转自由度和一个移动自由度组成,使法兰相对位置得到保证。整体设计为三臂一轴,三个臂分别由x、y、z以及绕y轴的旋转和绕z轴的旋转组成;另一y轴是为了使装夹的管件得到空间的保证,确保管件的夹紧点在夹具体内部。运用solidworks三维软件进行零件造型,虚拟装配达到设计要求。

 Abstract Pipe welding jig is indispensable special equipment in Marine diesel engine manufacturing process. Currently enterprises generally adopt special fixture welded pipe fittings, which caused a series of problems, such as repeat fixture production cycle is long, funds invested, deposit fixture after use, take up the space is big, small scope, function simplification, tooling management the difficulty increase, etc., these shortcomings greatly influenced the cost of diesel engine, but also reduces the competitiveness in the market. Therefore, in view of the particularity of pipe fittings, how to design a set of effective pipe welding jig has been a crucial problem.

Based on the analysis of the existing various welding pipe fittings parts characteristics on the basis of the demand according to welding pipe fittings smart disguises clip, for Marine diesel engine pipe welding flexible fixture design. Diesel engine fitting complex shape, both ends of the flange position requirement is very strict, this design USES the one degree of freedom control clamping pipe, pipe fittings in space to any location, any Angle, and clamping. Flange fixing device is composed of two rotational degrees of freedom, and a movement of degrees of freedom, and make the flange relative position. Overall design for three arm one axis, three arm respectively by x, y, and z, around y axis of rotation and orbit around the z axis of rotation; Another y axis is in order to make clamping the pipe fittings be guaranteed space, ensure pipe clamping point in concrete internal clamp. Using the Solidworks 3D modeling software parts virtual assembly to meet the design requirements.
