摘要本文设计的是卧式钢筋切断机,它是工程建筑行业里必不可少的工具。钢筋切断机的工作原理很简明,电机通过V带将动力传给二级齿轮减速器,减速增矩后带动曲轴,将电机的旋转运动转换成往复直线运动,并利用飞轮的惯性,瞬间切断钢筋。86993
卧式钢筋切断机的机构部分由Y系列三相异步电机提供动力,通过三级减速器的降低转速增加扭矩,其中三级减速包括一级V带减速和两级齿轮减速,带动曲轴连杆机构切断钢筋。本文着重设计了V带、带轮、两对齿轮和三根轴,对其中的齿轮和轴,进行了强度校核,确保设计的零件是符合要求。
在对卧式钢筋切断机结构设计完成后,利用SolidWorks将其建立成三维模型。对其中的执行机构曲柄连杆机构,利用SolidWorks Motion进行运动仿真,得出了执行机构的位移、速度、加速度曲线图,验证设计模型的正确性。
针对卧式钢筋切断机实际使用中可能会出现的断裂、弯曲等问题,基于有限元理论,利用ANSYS Workbench 17对切断机的关键部位——曲柄,进行静力学有限元分析,得到了应力、应变和总变形图,找出曲柄机构的薄弱环节,对曲柄零件的设计和优化提供了有利的帮助。

Abstract In this paper, the design of the horizontal steel bar cutting machine, it is an indispensable tool in the construction industry。 Reinforcing steel cutting machine's working principle is very simple, the motor by a V with the dynamic force is transmitted to a secondary gear reducer, reducing speed and increasing moment after drives a crankshaft rotational movement of the motor into reciprocating linear motion, and the flywheel inertia moment cut steel。
Horizontal reinforced cutting machine part is powered by the Y series three-phase asynchronous motor, through three reducer to reduce the speed increasing torque, the three-stage gear including a level V belt deceleration and two-stage gear deceleration, driven crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism cut steel。 This paper focuses on the design of the V belt, belt wheel, two pairs of gears and three shaft, the gear and shaft, the strength of the check, to ensure that the design of the parts are in line with the requirements。
After the completion of the structure design of the horizontal steel bar cutting machine, the SolidWorks is used to build the 3D model。 According to the crank linkage mechanism of the actuator, using Motion SolidWorks to carry out the motion simulation, the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of the actuator are obtained, which verify the correctness of the design model。
Aiming at the problems of horizontal reinforced cutting machine actual use may appear in the fracture and bending, based on the finite element theory, using ANSYS Workbench to 17 cutting machine is the key part of the crank, of static finite element analysis and get the stress, strain and total deformation map, find out the weak link of the crank mechanism, design and optimization of crank parts provide the beneficial help。
