摘要粘度是流体的一种基本属性,粘度的测量在石油、化工、医学、建材、煤炭、冶金、交通、国防、航天等领域中有着至关重要的作用。早期由于技术及相关设备的问题,对于粘度的测量,大多采用的是离线测量的方式,主要过程包括现场取样、经由实验室化验检测、测量粘度值,所测得的粘度值再经由实验室科研人员回馈给现场检测人员。但这一过程会导致检测时间滞后,从而无法实现自动化生产。86643
随着自动化控制技术的快速发展,对产品质量的要求也更加严格,传统的实验室测量方法已经不能够满足现代企业的要求,而在线测量可以在很大程度上弥补实验室测量的不足,提高产品的稳定性和检测精度。另外在线粘度计可以根据输出的电信号,实现自动化控制,从而减少检测时间。所以目前企业对在线测量的应用和需求日益增加。
本文首先分析了各种在线测量粘度方法的利弊,以外筒旋转式系统为原型确定了在线旋转粘度计的总体设计方案。进一步分析粘度计的测量系统,设计在线粘度计具体的机械结构。然后系统了解扭矩测量系统的工作原理以及分析粘度的理论公式推导。最后使用SolidWorks软件进行粘度计的建模及装配。

Abstract Viscosity is a basic property of a fluid viscosity measurement has a crucial role in the petroleum, chemical, medicine, building materials, coal, metallurgy, transportation, defense, aerospace and other fields。 Due to technical problems early and related equipment for viscosity measurements, is mostly used in off-line measurement mode, the main process including field sampling, laboratory testing by the laboratory, measuring the viscosity, viscosity values measured and then through laboratory research personnel back to the site testing personnel。 But the process will lead to the detection time lag, making it impossible to automate production。
With the rapid development of automatic control technology, product quality requirements are more stringent, traditional laboratory measurement methods have been unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprises, and online measurement compensates for lack of laboratory measurements greatly improve stability and detection accuracy。 Also online viscometer according to electrical output, to achieve automatic control, thus reducing the detection time。 So now the growing demand for enterprise applications and online measurement。
This paper analyzes the various online method for measuring the viscosity of the pros and cons, outside the rotary drum system prototype to determine the online viscometer overall design。 Further analysis of the viscometer measurement system, specifically designed line viscometer mechanical structure。 Then theoretical formula systematic understanding of torque measurement system works as well as the derivation of viscosity analysis。 Finally, the use of SolidWorks software viscometer assembly。
