Abstract: Our country is in a critical period of social transformation, various social operation mechanism, interests and values has changed dramatically. Under the background of this article, taking an example of zhoukou normal college through the interpretation of the social morality education of college students during the period of social transformation, the professional ethics education, moral education content; Understand college students' moral education the mainstream is positive, but also appeared weak collectivism, utilitarianism and so on the present situation of the lack of moral; And from the school and college students themselves to find college students' citizen moral education present situation the reasons; By strengthening the moral cultivation of college students themselves, school education function and the use of family plays an important part in college students' moral education and so on, to strengthen college students' moral education form is conducive to the healthy growth of college students' moral education atmosphere.

道德作为调整社会关系的一种行为规范，渗透于社会生活的各个领域。公民道德特别是大学生的公民道德素质的高低，不仅关系到个人的生存发展，也关系到社会的发展进步。然而在现实生活中大学生的公民道德状况并不理想，造成这种现状有大学生自身的原因、学校、也有社会方面的原因。大学生是祖国未来，承担着社会主义现代化建设的重任。因此，在社会转型时期必须加强大学生的公民道德教育。
