摘要:随着中国社会经济发展,营销道德问题越来越广受关注。本论文分析了国内外对营销道德问题的研究现状, 在问卷调查的基础上具体分析了乳制品行业在产品策略、价格策略、分销策略和促销策略中的不道德营销行为,并分析了乳制品行业营销道德问题形成的原因以及造成的后果,其中既有企业的外部因素也有企业自身的内部因素。最后,本论文提出了解决这些问题的策略,认为要加强乳制品行业营销道德建设,需要企业自身各方面的加强和完善以及政府部门、监督部门、大众媒体等多方的共同努力。21194

Unethical Marketing and the Countermeasures

Abstract:With the development of social economic in China, people pay more and more attention on the problem of marketing ethics. This paper analyzes the present situation in domestic and foreign research, and the problems of marketing ethics in product strategy, price strategy, distribution strategy and promotion strategy of the dairy industry on the basis of the questionnaire. In addition, this paper analyzes the formation of the marketing ethical issues in dairy industry as well as the consequences, including external factors and internal factors of the enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies to solve these problems. In order to strengthen the marketing ethical construction in dairy industries, enterprises need to improve all aspects of itself, and the joint effort of government, supervision department, massmedia and so on.
